Privacy policy
This site is built to know as little about you as possible. Here is exactly what it collects, and what it doesn't.
Last updated: 22 August 2026.
No trackers, no analytics, no ad networks
This website runs no analytics, no advertising scripts and no social-media trackers, and it sets no cookies of its own. Pages are plain, pre-built HTML with no JavaScript running in your browser. Fonts are served from this site rather than from Google or another third party, so simply reading these pages sends your data to no one for profiling.
The contact form
If you use the contact form, the name, email address, subject and message you type are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-relay service, which processes them for that delivery. We use what you send to reply to you, and for nothing else. We don't add you to any mailing list.
Server and network logs
Like almost every website, the server that hosts these pages keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, time, browser type), and the site is served through Cloudflare, which processes the same connection data to route and protect traffic. We use logs for security and troubleshooting, not to build profiles of visitors.
Ordering and your customer account
Orders, accounts, invoices and support tickets live on our client portal, a separate system, which collects what billing genuinely needs: your name, email address and order history. Card and PayPal payments are processed by the payment providers themselves — your card number never touches our systems. Bank-transfer details you arrange with support are used to confirm your payment and for nothing else.
Customer reviews
If you submit a product review through the portal and it's approved, the review text and the name you chose to sign it with are published on our websites. Ask us to take a published review down and we will.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We don't run remarketing. We don't send marketing email to contact-form senders. Service email you receive as a customer — invoices, renewal notices, support replies — is operational, not promotional.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to invoices we're required to keep for accounting. Cancelling a service stops future billing from the portal at any time.
