Hosting, done right
Hosting that keeps your site up and your customers happy
Websites, managed apps, domains and business email in one account — run by the same team that answers your tickets, in Arabic and English.
Web hosting, managed apps and business email
Most businesses need one of these; plenty need all three on the same domain. Each has its own page with plans, prices and the questions people ask before buying.
Website hosting
From $1 for the first month, then $10 a month
Shared cPanel hosting for a company site, a portfolio or a blog. A free security certificate from day one, mail on your own domain, and the same control panel on every tier — upgrading later never means learning a new system.
See web hostingManaged app hosting
From $15 a month, after a 30-day free trial (card required to start)
WordPress, WooCommerce or Laravel, run for you: core and security updates applied, backups taken automatically, and a support ticket instead of a midnight debugging session.
See app hostingBusiness email
From $2 per mailbox a month
Titan mailboxes on the domain you already own, so quotes and invoices leave from an address with your company name on it. Priced per mailbox, so the bill grows only when the team does.
See business emailA new domain or a transfer goes through the same portal, so the whole setup sits in one account — see domains.
What you get here
Four things we can point at, rather than four adjectives every host uses.
Support in Arabic and English, 24/7
Tickets reach the team that runs the platform, not an outsourced desk on a script. Typical first response is around 30 minutes — a target, not a contractual guarantee.
Migration done for you, free
Moving a site or mailbox in from another provider costs nothing, and support does the work rather than handing you an export tool. Most migrations finish within 24 hours; a larger one takes longer, and support confirms the timing first.
A real path out of shared hosting
Changing tier keeps you on the same cPanel stack, with nothing to rebuild. When a project needs root access or its own database server, Iraq Server, the company behind this brand, runs that side — we point it there rather than squeeze it into a plan it has outgrown.
30 days to change your mind on shared hosting
Shared hosting only: every order carries a 30-day money-back window from the day it is placed. Email is billed per mailbox and can be cancelled any time, but is not refunded; managed app hosting comes with a 30-day free trial instead.
How getting started works
-
Work out what you actually need
Domain first, then hosting, then mail — each one depends on the last. how to get your business online in Iraq walks the whole sequence and is honest about what changes once customers can pay you.
-
Price a full year, not a first month
An intro price is not the whole story. what hosting costs in Iraq sets out real numbers and a worked year-one against year-two example, including the renewal step that catches people out.
-
Order, then hand us the move
Order through the client portal, then raise the migration with support before cancelling anything with your old provider, so both stay live until the new one is confirmed working.
Common questions
Which of the three should I start with?
If you need a website, shared web hosting is the usual starting point: cPanel, a free certificate and mail on your domain. If the site runs on WordPress and you would rather not maintain it, managed app hosting does that for you.
Do I have to register my domain with you?
No. Hosting and mailboxes work on a domain you already own at any registrar. If you would rather keep everything in one account, a new registration and a transfer both go through the same portal search.
What happens to the price when it renews?
Shared plans are sold at an intro price for the first term, with the regular renewal price shown beside it before you pay. When the term ends the plan renews automatically at that regular price, unless it is cancelled from the portal first.
Where do the servers run, and what uptime is guaranteed?
Website hosting and managed app hosting run from datacenters in Amsterdam, Netherlands — one of Europe’s best-connected internet hubs, which gives traffic into Iraq and the region a well-peered route. The guarantee is 99.9% on shared hosting, 99.99% on managed app hosting. Business email is a different case: mailboxes run on Titan’s own infrastructure, not ours.
Can you move my existing site or mailboxes over?
Yes, and it is free — support does the moving. Order first, raise the migration before you close the old account, and most moves finish within 24 hours.
Do you offer VPS hosting?
Not on this brand. VPS is run by Iraq Server, the company behind this brand — the next step when a project needs root access or dedicated resources.
