Business email that's actually yours

A free Gmail address tells a customer you haven't quite set up shop yet. Titan mailboxes put your own name on your own domain, backed by support that answers in Arabic and English, for businesses across Iraq and beyond.

What you actually get

A Titan mailbox is a hosted inbox on the domain you already own — [email protected] instead of a free personal address. Every tier filters spam and malware out before it ever reaches the inbox, keeps a shared calendar alongside the mail, and follows you onto a phone through dedicated iOS and Android apps as well as any browser. What changes between tiers is storage per mailbox and how much control an admin has over the account as the team grows — pick based on how the team actually works, not how big you expect it to get.

How the price works

Every tier is priced per mailbox per month, not per domain — the number shown on each card is for one mailbox, and you choose how many the team needs at checkout. A five-person team on Titan Business pays for five mailboxes, not a flat company fee, so the bill only grows when the team does. All three tiers bill in US dollars, and the price shown is what renews; there's no separate setup charge added afterward.

Moving mail you already have

If your business already has mail elsewhere, moving it doesn't mean asking every contact to learn a new address — existing messages come with you. Open an order through the portal and raise the migration with support before closing anything with the old provider, so mail keeps arriving at both places until the move is confirmed. The migration itself is free, and support carries it out rather than leaving you to export and re-import folders on your own. Most mailbox migrations are done within 24 hours; a larger or more unusual mailbox takes support longer, and they'll confirm timing once they've had a look.

What happens to an address when someone leaves

The mailbox belongs to the business, not to whoever's name is on it — closing it out when someone leaves the company is an admin action in the portal, not a request you have to route through the departing employee. On Titan Enterprise specifically, an account can be closed without losing the mail it holds, so a manager can read or forward what's inside before the address goes quiet. On any tier, an address can also be reassigned to someone else rather than deleted, so info@ or sales@ keeps working under a new person without customers noticing the handover.

Setting it up on phone, in Outlook, or in the browser

Every mailbox works three ways from day one: the webmail dashboard in any browser, dedicated apps for iOS and Android, and standard IMAP and SMTP settings for a desktop client like Outlook or any other mail app that isn't Titan's own. Most people end up using two of the three — the phone app for mail on the move, and either webmail or a desktop client at a desk — and switching between them doesn't split the inbox, since it's the same mailbox underneath.

Support

Support for email works the same as for hosting: a team that runs the platform rather than an outsourced desk, answering in Arabic and English, 24/7. Typical first response lands around 30 minutes, as a target rather than a guaranteed number. A stuck migration, a mailbox that won't sign into a phone, or a question about which tier fits — all of it goes through the portal or the contact page.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between the three Titan tiers?
Professional gives 5 GB per mailbox for solo use, Business gives 10 GB with external forwarders for small teams, and Enterprise gives 50 GB with two-factor login and extra controls for a growing company.
Is the price per mailbox or per domain?
Per mailbox, per month. You choose how many mailboxes the team needs at checkout and pay for exactly that many.
Do I need to buy a domain here to use the email?
No — use a domain you already own from any registrar. The mailbox works on it as soon as it's pointed there.
Can I migrate mail from Gmail, Outlook or another provider?
Yes, and the migration is free — support carries it out. Most mailbox migrations are done within 24 hours; a larger or more unusual mailbox takes support longer, and they'll confirm timing once they've had a look.
What happens to an address when someone leaves the team?
The mailbox stays with the business — an admin can close it or reassign it to someone else. On Titan Enterprise specifically, an account can be closed without losing the mail it holds.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, through dedicated iOS and Android apps, alongside webmail from any browser.
Can I use it with Outlook?
Yes, over standard IMAP and SMTP settings that work in Outlook or any other mail client.
How do I reach support?
Through the client portal or the contact page, in Arabic or English, 24/7. Typical first response is around 30 minutes.
Where do I place an order?
Through our client portal — every tier on this page links straight to its checkout.
How long does migration take?
Usually within 24 hours. That's the typical case, not a guarantee — a larger or more unusual mailbox takes support longer to move, and they'll confirm timing once they've had a look at what's involved.
What's the refund policy?
Email plans are billed per mailbox and aren't covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee that applies to web hosting. You can cancel any time from the client portal — cancelling stops future billing, it doesn't refund what's already been paid.
